Interior Joinery & Furniture Products for Country Clubs
- Member Lockers: Custom solid hardwood locker units with individual numbered doors — the signature piece of any prestige golf club locker room. We fabricate full-height lockers (typically 1,800 mm tall × 400 mm wide × 550 mm deep) with solid hardwood frame, MDF-cored hardwood-veneered door panels, and either a traditional key lock or digital RFID lock. Locker banks are installed with adjustable feet for level installation on uneven locker room floors. A member nameplate groove is machined into each door for personalised engraved nameplates.

Rubber wood is available as an economy option for non-visible structural components within joinery units.

Care & Maintenance

For oiled surfaces, apply a maintenance coat of hardwax oil every 2–3 years. For varnished surfaces, touch up any chips or scratches with matching varnish immediately to prevent moisture ingress at the damaged point. Locker door hinges and lock mechanisms should be lubricated annually with a dry PTFE spray. Bar counters should be treated with a food-safe mineral oil or hardwax oil every 6 months to maintain water resistance at the surface.
