We begin with a private consultation — in our atelier or via WhatsApp. You share your vision, space dimensions and wood preferences.

Design & Quote
We prepare a detailed quotation and, where needed, a technical drawing. Transparent pricing, no hidden costs. Revisions until you are fully satisfied.

Crafting
Your commission is fabricated in our Masai workshop using selected premium hardwood. We provide progress updates throughout.

Delivery & Install
We deliver and install across Johor Bahru and beyond. Professional fitting, precise installation, care and attention throughout.
