Our Supply Process

Our FF&E contractor engagement process begins with a project brief meeting — either at our factory or at the project site. We review the design drawings, FF&E schedules, and brand standard requirements to scope the outdoor furniture package. We then prepare a comprehensive quotation covering every line item in the outdoor FF&E schedule, with species and finish options clearly specified.

Once a Letter of Award or Purchase Order is received, we enter a Design Confirmation phase — producing workshop drawings for all custom items, a prototype for any key piece not in our standard range, and a sample board of species, finish, and hardware options for designer sign-off. Only after design confirmation do we commence full production — eliminating the risk of expensive rework from specification misunderstandings.

Production Capacity

For a full mid-size hotel outdoor FF&E package (200 rooms, approximately 400–600 outdoor furniture pieces across all zones), our production timeline is 12–16 weeks from design confirmation to phased delivery. We issue production progress reports at weeks 4, 8, and 12 for client visibility of production status against timeline.

Our installation team handles delivery co-ordination, lift access scheduling, floor protection, zone-by-zone placement, and final dressing of each outdoor zone to the designer’s layout plan. We attend the FF&E handover inspection with the hotel’s opening team and address any snag items within 5 working days. Our involvement does not end at delivery — we remain available to the hotel’s operations team for any queries during the first 90 days of operation.

What happens if furniture is damaged during delivery or installation?

Any items damaged in transit are replaced from our workshop stock or re-produced on priority basis. Damage during installation by our own team is rectified at our cost.
